5 STARS WORKSHOPS (THE CATERPILLAR STANDARD) - CONTAMINATION CONTROL

Bergerat Monnoyeur Romania has 2 service workshops: one is located in Mogosoaia and the other one in Timisoara.
Those service workshops are certified ‘5 stars' and are inspected each year regarding their contaminations. The service workshops help oil and filters' recycling by recuperating used materials and ensure traceability of the treatment.
The filters and Caterpillar oils keep your machine's performance at its original level. Fluid circuits of the Caterpillar® machines are at the peak of technology. From the quick connect, hydraulic pumps, flexible, to the tank, oils are brewed hundreds of times during the work cycle.
Oil pollution (dust, scrap metal, heat, water, air, ...) plays a major role in the equipment's life.
Certification ‘Caterpillar Contamination Control' of our workshops and of our intervention's vehicles allows us to fulfil the clean criteria level defined by Caterpillar®. Along with helping customers control fluid contamination, Caterpillar and Bergerat Monnoyeur are committed to a high level of contamination control in our own facilities and practices.
Each Cat Dealer facility is rated on a wide range of factors that minimize potential contamination-including wash facilities, shop cleanliness and organization, parts and fluid storage and much more. When you bring a machine to your Cat Dealer for servicing, you can be sure they are practicing the contamination control processes recommended to all Cat customers.

As part of our environmental policy, all the used oils and filters are recuperated and recycled.

GENUINE SPARE PARTS

Our Service Team is at your disposal to fulfil your requests for quotes, availability or orders of Caterpillar® genuine spare parts , or to advice you when you need a spare part.

We have around 15 000 items of spare parts in stock in Romania, to answer to the main requests. If a spare part is not available in our local stock, we have a direct access to the Caterpillar spare parts' stock (via an on-line connexion) and we can check its availability and order it. The spare parts supply is done 3 times a week for spare parts travelling by road, or every day for emergency orders that can travel by plane. Thus in general, our delivery supply of spare parts is around 2 to 5 days.

Our main spare parts' stocks are located at Mogosoaia and Timisoara, but you can also take delivery of spare parts in one of our local offices (Cluj, Brasov, Bacau).
