Scheduled oil sampling analysis (sos)

A good step to start is the Scheduled Oil Sampling Analysis (oil analysis and coolant fluid analysis) which is imperative to keep machines and engines operating at peak performance, because it is the fastest, most accurate, most reliable way to see what's going on inside your equipment. SOS Analysis increases productivity, provides less serious repairs, less downtime and lower operating costs.

The Scheduled Oil Sampling Analysis is optional for the 2 first contracts, but is included in the Full Service one. It consists on a sampling of your machine's fluids that will be analyzed in our specialized laboratories. The results lead to the identification of potential problems identified that can be corrected early.

Avoid: The SOS Services enables you to avoid major failures thanks to the early problem detection: often an adjustment or replacement of a single part,

based on SOS Services findings, can prevent a small problem from growing into a major repair.

Track: The SOS Services enables you to predict wear-related problems, allowing greater flexibility in repair scheduling and downtime control. Through

S•O•S Services you are equipped with a tool that tracks the wear of components and parts, tracks oil performance, and tracks oil condition. S•O•S

Services tracks what's going on inside the equipment and it helps you scheduling downtime to fit to your workload

Maintain: SOS Services shortens repair time. Using the S•O•S Services Report as a guide, troubleshooting time is often reduced, enabling a service

technician to go directly to the core of the problem.

Optimize: SOS Services enables you to optimize oil change intervals
Manage: SOS Services manages component life and equipment availability, thus reducing owning and operating costs. In other words, downtime is

decreased and productivity and profitability are increased!

Memory: SOS Services help you develop a complete service history for each machine. This will also enables a higher price at trade-in or sale.

For maximum protection, you need S•O•S oil sampling for all major oil-lubricated systems (engine, transmission, hydraulic system and final drives) and S•O•S coolant sampling for your cooling systems. By pinpointing trouble early, you can avoid shut-downs for unplanned repairs or catastrophic failures.

This type of contract is available only for construction machines.
